GLA:D® Switzerland Osteoarthritis Program
With the new range of services offered by the GLA:D® Switzerland Osteoarthritis Program, we are pursuing the clear goal of improving the quality of life for people with osteoarthritis. The Danish program is implemented at the Berit Clinic in Speicher in accordance with international quality control guidelines.
Osteoarthritis is the most common joint disease in Switzerland and worldwide. International guidelines from relevant professional associations recommend a combination of counseling, instruction, exercises, and—if necessary—weight control as treatment for knee and hip osteoarthritis. This is where the GLA:D® program offered by the Berit Clinic comes in.

- Exercises for home after completing the course
